]> http://www.judyscards.com/cards/hummingbirds These fast little critters are from my backyard. I only tried photographing them about 2 summers ago and believe me when I say it's not easy! I do not use flash - I'm lousy with it. So...I zipped up the ISO to about 3200 and crossed my fingers. There is a bit of grain in some of them, but it doesn't bother me. In the notecards, it's barely visible because of the size. When I blow the prints up, then you can see it - but - NOT if I print them on canvas. When I DO print them on canvas, the grain gives it a "painterly" effect. Also, by not using flash, there's a slight wing "movement" which I rather like.
